Lower Cholesterol Easily with Chia Seeds

Chia seeds can lower cholesterol.

He takes a teaspoon of chia seeds* and soak in a glass of plain water at room temperature for a few minutes every morning.
After brushing his teeth, he will drink the glass of water and chia seeds.
